LuCre8z developed the gourmet popcorn brand world and its proposed ice-cream extension. The work connects naming, product concepts, visual identity and packaging; the public presentation makes no claim of retail distribution or measured sales.
The expansion
One idea became a product universe.
PoP Kulture combines culinary development, naming, visual identity and culture-led flavor storytelling. The system was designed to give every product personality while remaining part of one recognizable world.
Kulture Kreme extends that thinking into ice cream, showing how the brand language can move into adjacent categories, packaging and future food-centered experiences.

Key decision
Build a language that can cross categories.
- Decision
- Connect names, flavors and packaging through a shared cultural point of view.
- Why
- An adjacent product category needs a relationship to the original brand to feel coherent.
- Impact
- Kulture Kreme explores that extension from popcorn into ice cream. The developed outcome is the brand and product world; commercial testing and rollout are separate next stages.
