What type of clients do you work with?


LuCre8z works with startups, established brands, creatives, and organizations across tech, fashion, food, media, and faith-based spaces. The studio is best aligned with clients who value creativity, clarity, and intentional collaboration.

How do I get started?


You can start by either:

  • Booking a Studio Service from the Shop, or
  • Submitting a Start a Project inquiry for custom or larger-scope work.

If it’s a good fit, you’ll be invited to a discovery call.

Do all projects include a discovery call?

Yes. Every paid service includes a discovery call to ensure alignment, clarify goals, and confirm scope before work begins.

Larger or multi-phase projects are scoped separately.

How many revisions are included?


Each service includes one revision.
Additional revisions are billed at $100 per revision or $125/hour, depending on scope.

What’s included in the Website Revamp service?


The Website Revamp covers 1–3 pages and includes visual refresh, UX/UI cleanup, brand alignment, and mobile optimization.

Pages beyond 3 are available at $150 per additional page and are scoped after the discovery call.

Do you offer rush services?


Rush availability depends on current workload and project scope. If available, rush work is quoted separately.

Payments & Policies


How do payments work?


Studio Services are paid in full at checkout.
Custom projects follow agreed-upon payment terms outlined in the project agreement.

Work begins after payment and the discovery call.

Do you offer refunds?


Due to the creative nature of the work, refunds are not offered once work has begun. If there are concerns, they are addressed in discovery &/or through the revision process.

Do you offer payment plans?


Payment plans are available for all services. If you need flexibility, just let us know during your discovery call and we’ll find a structure that works.

Yes. LuCre8z operates as a remote studio and collaborates with clients and partners globally.
